3.3.26 Develop user, governance, and top-level repository services technical documentation, to include use cases, business processes, technical workflow, automation, tenant configurations, which shall align to the PEO Digital offices and portfolio divisions to enable Agile service delivery.

Uploaded artifacts developed with government during preproduction that is addressing the future governance. This will be modified for operations during the BCA governance effort that we're working with PM Ms. Larussa-Martin and Mr. Huntley and Mr. Robinson.
-Refining the admin documentation to align in parallel to the organizational business case processes that the government envisions with its use cases for the ORE.
